MPT HIFU (new technology)

MPT HIFU is the only technology on the market that uses linear ultrasound energy instead of traditional dots, delivering superior coverage and precision for effective skin tightening and collagen stimulation. MPT HIFU is a non-invasive and non-surgical treatment that works stimulating elastin and collagen production, transferring stabilised temperatures of 65 – 75°C into the targeted zones, resulting in neocollagenesis – the body’s natural collagen and tissue building process.

The new micro pulse and circular mode booster guarantee a more tailored treatment, precisely targeting large and small skin areas, with superior skin tightening effect.

The new MPT HIFU can target up to 5 different depths in the skin – 6.0mm – 4.5mm – 3.0mm – 2.0mm and 1.5mm depth. In addition, it comes with the revolutionary circular booster mode in 3 different depths, precisely targeting large and narrow areas of concern – 4.5mm – 3.0mm – and 1.5mm depth.

Inflammation phase
The Ultrasound energy is transferred directly into the dermis, which causes a skin tissue inflammation followed by a natural healing process (fibroplasia) – the body’s natural collagen and tissue building process.

Remodeling phase
Granulation tissue forms in different skin layers/depths, resulting in a tighter and more uniform buildup of collagen fibers.

Patients will start noticing a tighter complexion, less wrinkles and brighter skin between a period of 3 to 12 weeks – with continual on-going improvement that will last up to 12 months. However, subtle changes might be immediately visible on your skin after the treatment is completed.

7D HIFU

7D HIFU uses both Micro-Focused and Macro-Focused Ultrasound waves (MMFU).

Micro-Focused energy pulses direct energy to the superficial layers of tissue. Macro-Focused energy pulses energy to the deeper layers of tissue.

7D HIFU can target up to 5 different depths in the skin – 6.0mm – 4.5mm – 3.0mm – 2.0mm and 1.5mm depth, precisely targeting large and narrow areas of concern. This allows customised treatments for every person and their needs.

HIFU is effective for body contouring and great for targeting stubborn pockets of fat – (6.00mm – 8.0mm – 10.0mm – 13.0mm and 16.00mm depth treatments).

HIFU IS A NON-INVASIVE TREATMENT WITH NO DOWN TIME

HIFU treatments don’t involve any creams, fillers or toxins, it means there’s no invasive procedure such as cutting or disturbing the surface of the skin. It is your body’s own collagen-building process that is activated; hence the natural looking results. You can return to most of your daily life activities right after your treatment session.

HIFU MPT & 7D BODY CONTOURING

At these depths – 6mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 13mm and 16mm – HIFU is effective for body contouring and great for targeting stubborn pockets of fat.

Fat reduction percentage varies from person to person. The ultimate lifting and firming process will take place over approximately 2-3 months with continual on-going improvement up to 6 months. The number of recommended treatments per area is usually 3-5.

POST TREATMENT

Keep your skin well hydrated and drink plenty of water — at least 2–3 litres per day.
Refrain from exercise for the first 24–48 hours.
Avoid saunas, hot yoga, hot water, smoking, and alcoholic beverages for two weeks after your treatment.
Avoid overexposure to the sun for the first month, and apply sunscreen daily to maximise your results.
Avoid high-tech treatments such as Dermapen, pigment removal, laser, radio frequency, or microneedling for at least 8 weeks.
Refrain from taking anti-inflammatory medications (such as ibuprofen) for two weeks, as they may interfere with the body’s natural healing response and affect the final results of your treatment. However, if you require anti-inflammatory medication for medical reasons, your health always comes first.
Avoid using moisturisers or skincare products containing retinoic acid (retinol) or hyaluronic acid for at least two weeks following your treatment.

SIDE EFFECTS

People rarely experience significant discomfort after HIFU treatment. Some may notice temporary numbness, mild bruising, swelling, redness, or a warm sensation in the treated areas. These side effects are generally mild and short‑lived, resolving naturally within a few days to a couple of weeks.

WHO IS HIFU NOT SUITED TO?

HIFU treatment is not recommended if you:

– Suffer from bleeding disorders

– Are undergoing anti-thrombosis therapy

– Have metal implants or permanent fillers in the treatment area

– Are pregnant or breastfeeding

– Have an active systemic or skin disease which may hinder regeneration

– Have Autoimmune disease

– Heart issues, including wearing a pacemaker

– If you are currently taking or have taken Isotretinoin or any Accutane type medications we highly recommend waiting at least 6 months before having a HIFU treatment.
